Workshops

Workshops were the very first initiative of Expats Mind Care Club, created to give participants practical tools to monitor their well-being and know where to find support in Denmark.

Who it’s for:  Internationals seeking practical mental health tools and guidance for life in Denmark

Why it’s worth attending: To learn simple strategies for monitoring well-being, managing stress, and reducing stigma

What you can gain: Knowledge of mental health resources, practical coping tools, and confidence in navigating personal and professional challenges

Collaborating with youth organisations such as Y-Side and Around the Corner, and volunteering with My Mental Wellbeing (MMW), I have co-developed and delivered sessions on a range of mental health topics.

These have included general well-being, navigating the job market as an immigrant, managing anxiety, and exploring the psychological effects of social media platforms like LinkedIn. Beyond practical skills, the workshops have aimed to reduce stigma around mental health and provide a space for open conversation, helping participants feel supported and informed.
