Individual Counseling Sessions
I work at The Little White House as a junior psychologist under supervision, and I continue to develop my skills with a focus on how culture and environment shape mental health. I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology (2021, SWPS University, Wroclaw / Roskilde Universitet) and a second MSc in Global Refugee Studies (2024, Aalborg University). I work with CBT methods and have a particular interest in anxiety, neurodivergence, and coping with stress.
I’ve faced many of the adjustments, uncertainties, and emotional challenges that come with living abroad myself, so I understand how disorienting it can feel. I hope that, with my professional background, I can help you navigate the challenges you’re struggling with and offer you the support you need.
I can help you with:
Adjusting to life abroad and new circumstances
Navigating emotional crises
Understanding and regulating your emotions
Building resilience to face challenges
Anxiety, stress, and low mood
Overwhelming emotions
Self-exploration for greater clarity
BOOK APPOINTMENT
If you want to schedule a session with me, you can do so both in person and online, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Each session lasts 50 minutes. The first 2-3 sessions are a space for us to get to know each other, explore what brings you here, and shape some goals to work towards together. Most people choose to meet once a week or every other week, and I always try to adjust the pace and structure to your needs.
The fee for each session is 700 DKK.
